At Miller Place Auto Repair, we are committed to providing honest, professional, and high-quality service. In an effort to maintain transparency and fairness, we ask all customers to review and understand the following shop policies listed below.

Estimates & Authorization:
All repair estimates are provided based on the best available information at the time of inspection.
Any additional repairs or services discovered during the repair process will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.
No work will be performed without customer authorization.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
We accept cash, debit cards, major credit cards, and approved financing options.
Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.
Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.

A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Labor & Parts Warranty:
When you have service and repairs performed by an authorized TechNet Professional Automotive Service facility, you're covered by a nationwide limited repair warranty that extends across North America, for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Parts Policy:
In most cases, Miller Place Auto Repair will supply all parts required for service.
Customer-supplied parts are generally discouraged. If accepted, no warranty will be offered on customer-supplied parts or labor associated with their installation.
Storage Policy:
Vehicles left on premises for more than 48 hours after repair completion may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made.
Vehicles left beyond 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to legal action.
Shop Fees:
A standard Shop Supplies Charge of 3% of labor (capped at $25) and a Hazardous Waste Disposal Fee of 1% of the total invoice (capped at $10) will apply to most invoices.
These fees help cover consumables, recycling, disposal, and shop maintenance.

Appointments & Cancellations:
We encourage customers to schedule appointments for prompt service.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on shop availability.
Vehicle Safety & Test Drives:
In some cases, post-repair test drives may be necessary to verify proper operation.
By authorizing repairs, you consent to necessary test drives performed by our certified technicians.
Privacy Policy:
Customer information is kept confidential and is never shared or sold.
Contact information may be used for appointment reminders, service updates, or occasional service offers.
